Held up by its own shape
Profiled roofing sheets are fixed directly to the supporting structure at the sides. Their curved shape gives the roof its strength and stability, so no steel truss is needed.
Cutting
Pre-coated Galvalume coil is cut to the exact panel length.
Curving
Each panel is profiled and curved to the designed arch radius.
Sewing
Panels are interlocked with a seaming machine, without holes or bolts.
Assembling
Sections are lifted into place and fixed to the beams at the sides.
